Lee has been with PGS for nine years, stepping into the managing director role in 2021. Since then, he has led the strategic direction of the company’s growth, establishing new regional operations in Bristol, Redruth and Crawley to strengthen PGS’s national footprint.

He has been the driving force behind the evolution of the business, launching a dedicated projects division and introducing our combined heat and power (CHP) offering.

With over 20 years of experience in mechanical and electrical engineering, Lee combines technical knowledge with a clear vision for the future, focusing on scaling operations, developing high-performing teams and delivering critical power solutions for our clients.

Paul has been with PGS for nine years, starting as a service engineer before progressing to service manager. With 30 years of experience in mechanical and electrical engineering, he leads our office staff and engineering teams while overseeing the smooth day-to-day operation of the north-west region.

His hands-on expertise plays a vital role in maintaining the reliability and high standards our clients expect.

Garry is the regional operations manager for our southern region, bringing extensive experience from across the power and temperature control rental industry. He has a strong track record in operational excellence, process improvement and team development across multiple locations.

He provides strategic and day-to-day operational leadership across our Bristol, Redruth and Crawley locations, ensuring the highest standards of service, safety and efficiency. He also plays a key role in supporting the company’s wider operational strategy, helping to drive continuous improvement, strengthen regional performance and support the ongoing growth of the business.

Jordan is our technical lead for the southern region, bringing seven years of industry experience and a wealth of technical expertise to the role. Having been part of the PGS team for the past four years, Jordan has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality technical support, leading complex remedial works and driving successful system upgrades.

He focuses on providing technical leadership across the business, supporting key water sector accounts and helping to ensure the highest standards of service delivery. His extensive knowledge, problem-solving ability and commitment to continuous improvement make him a valuable asset to both our customers and operational teams.

Adam has been with PGS for five years. He has over 30 years’ experience within the mechanical and electrical engineering industry and plays a key role in managing PGS’s growing engineering team, overseeing daily depot operations and ensuring service work is delivered efficiently and to the highest standard.

Kim has been with Pharos Generator Services for four years and plays a key role in the day-to-day running of our Bristol office. She oversees operational and administrative functions, supporting workforce planning, employee coordination and office management to help maintain a positive and productive workplace.

Kim also provides support to customers and suppliers, with her strong organisational skills and attention to detail, ensuring the Bristol office runs smoothly and efficiently.
